There are lot of issues in marriage due to which mental stress is there

For Career, I wanted to follow up my last consultation which was over 6 months ago. The conditions have changed and I wanted guidance regarding them. For Health, I have had chronic eye issues for past 13 or so years, mainly related to eye dryness. I wanted help with this too.
