I'm not married yet what kind of spouse I can expect and how is my career will I be successful will I have suppotive spouse

I want to know about marriage as it is delaying and I am trying a lot through online platforms like shadi.com and jain marriage bureaus from past 4years. I would like to know about it and remedies to avoid further delays.

My career progression has stopped. Promotion blocked. What would be the way forward- is there hope or end of the road? Change of career path?

I have recently moved to dehradun and want to start an alternative school. A school which doesn't work in regular learning curriculums but experienceal. Need to know if that's the right path for me
