I am writing this email as I am facing serious health issues from past 6 years. The body is going through severe malabsorption problem, due to which multiple nutritional deficiencies, it has affected by behaviour, cognitive functions, racing thoughts in my mind, anxiety issues, unwanted thoughts. Went thro severe anaemia as well in the past. Due to this I avoid meeting people and my marriage is also getting delayed due to this. I have got severe teeth marks on my tongue(scolloped tongue). I have attached the photo of the same for your reference. Can you please help me to come out of this problem Sir.
