I am very very frustrated and feel turmoiled at mental and emotional level. Don't know wether it's a state of depression or not , but I am able to focus on anything. My family atmosphere is really troublesome. There are always quarrel/arguments with father even on so small things. Situation is like if I want to express or discuss anything with my father he just start quarrel. He even doesn't have good relationship with my mother. In my whole life I have seen he never supported my mother emotionally. They also have lot of quarrels if she try to discuss anything with him on important family matters. He is like either my way or no way. He doesn't trust anyone, due to this many important matter of our family have ruined. Till now we don't have our own home also. Due to all these things my family atmosphere is a continuous source of anxiety and stress. I really feel bad for my mother also. Due to this I really feel broken from inside and feel all alone and don't know what should I do. I am also struggling a lot in my career also. Please help sir how can I overcome this state.
