He has Mood Swings ~ some times Normal and at times he is aggressive/ rebukes elders. He is pursing CA ~ Level 1 cleared in January this year. I am worried about his future and career stability. Please guide for him, Sir.

After 2.5 years break (Jun 19 to Dec 21) , I got a job in JAN 22 again with 35% less salary. Unfortunately they asked me to leave on 16-Nov-22 and I left the company on 16-Dec-22. Currently job less with not a single hope.. Besides my previous company where I worked for 12 years have not cleared my full and final settlement dues yet since feb 19.which is around 2.8 lacs.. Kindly help sir ,,,, I am in very much need of job.

Sir, I have been preparing for govt job but I am not able to clear exams. Of late I am thinking about starting small business . I am in confusion whether I should continue preparing for govt or should I start some. I don't know which kind business will be successful to me .
