Hi I want to book a quick consultation. I am based in the UK and concerned about my current home and work situation. I need to relocate to another city for the relocation due to the relocation and might be incurring large cost due to house purchase a year ago I need to know if I should look forward to sell my current property and purchase a new in another city in the UK - close to my new work place or should stay where I am looking out for new job options. I don't see very good options at the moment and will be in monitory loss if have to sell the property. On the top of this I am expecting a new born towards end of this month. Kindly advise on this.

I was born as a premature baby. My mother had her first heart surgery in 2005, she is not well since then. Mother had a major heart transplant surgery in October 2025 and she is in hospital since August 2023 till now. Father had heart attack in Feb 2024. Business had major loss since then. I had tumor in chest diagnosed in October 2023 and had first surgery in November 2023 and the second surgery is still due.
