Property loan case with Bank and a person. Someone took loan on my property with my understanding and provided me money. But later he took another loan on my property without my understanding and utilised funds without knowledge. So I put case against that person and bank, but bank want to take over property and I want stay from court till my case is cleared. Kindly provide relief to me in this matter so that I can get Stay and save my property in legal case.

I am working very hard in my career, still earning is not satisfactory. I have a job opportunity right now for better income but with poor quality of life, I am unable to decide and negotiate terms to suit me. And to top it all I feel a burn out and don’t want to work anymore, which is puzzling! it is regarding delay in marraige. I have asked many people but no one is able to give accurate information. They just say yog hai yog hai.
