Police caught the Russian and he had drugs. He spoke something in Russian and cornered these Indian students Now, Police has caught this nephew and his friends and jailed them. College has expelled these students and Police has denied bail and not deporting these students to India. He is jailed and he doesn't know the language and unable to communicate.
