Good afternoon sir, I am a first year MBBS student at Birat Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Biratnagar, Nepal. I have been on suspension from last Monday. It's been a very tough time for me. And I am still on suspension. I wanted to know that how long it is going to be. I am not really good at anything. I don't have any hobbies, skills or talent. Even to get into medical college I tried for 4 consecutive years and in my third attempt I passed entrance exam and got admission in paying category. I am very reserved person since childhood and I don't have any bonding with my family. At times I feel very lonely and depressed. Can you please give me some insight about my life and purpose of my life. About the 5 and 1/2 years journey of MBBS. How should I live ,things to avoid and things to do to excel the journey of MBBS. Hello Sir, Good Morning and Greetings for the day! Just to give background, one of my relatives had a surgery done in the first week of october and on 11th of october got a cardiac arrest and post that he went into COMA and currently is on a ventilator and has not yet gained any consciousness and also the doctors are not optimistic about the situation. Financial position of the family as well is not that good with daily expenses of around 40k getting incurred on the patient. Wife and the children of the patient are under immense pressure on the situation and want to seek astrological guidance before taking any decision in this regard.Your prompt response in this matter will be highly appreciated.

My mother (jaatak) has always been plagued with health issues. Arthritis, spondylitis, gastric ulcer, migraine etc. Currently we are worried about her heart. Want to get remedies for her health, whether she has sth wrong with her heart) and get ideal date range for knee replacement surgery. Sir, actually my problem started from late 2019, I started feeling panic attacks, and vertigo like symptoms. 2020 and 2021 although went good but since Oct 2022 again I am feeling panic attacks and I feel my ears jammed and I feel like I am unable to make proper balance when I walk, get up and feel like I will have vertigo, although it doesnt come. Sir I tried yogtantra as well and no doubt Dr sahab has treated my hyperacidity problem very well. But I am unable to cope up with my psychological problem. Sir plz plz plz its a life saving request from my side to please look into my chart once and plzzzzzz suggest something. I dont know Till when I am gonna live like this... Please help sir.

I have completed my b.tech computer science from chennai just when the covid hit(2020 passed out) with 89.3%. During lockdown i moved back to my home town .....after lockdown eases i helped my family in construction of our new house (in managing & planning , i put my sweat and blood everything to construct the house.......house completed oct 2022 ....since then I'm try to study and do mba but whatever i start for some or the other reason couldn't complete...... but I'm kinda feel i being stuck here at my home town for past exactly 3 years (it's been 3 years of graduation) ...... I'm so much stressed about my career......my father will retire in jan 2024 ....i don't know what to do as my career hasn't been started yet ..... I'm seriously so much confused ......all the gates seems closed to me .....i don't want to go in the field i graduated in.....i feel i could do better in business .....but i can't figure out what business field will works for me ...... there's a lot of confusion......you are my last hope if you could guide me in this path i'll be so grateful to you.
