I work as a freelance interior designer.I am not able to get any client from june 2024.There is no consistancy in money flow in my life.At the last moment of the deals are getting cancelled.I am good in my work but not getting proper results.No idea why client cancelled deals at the last moment.

namaskar sir, i have a consultaion regarding health issues, since 2014 i have been suffering from PCOD its still a major issue all medicines work temporarily and last year in june i was diagnosed with Gall Bladder Polyp, its been a struggle to reduce fat still cannot do that, as if all i don't have any energy left, no motivation and no focus at all. Want to be fit and healthy but still all efforts are going in vain. i am mentally exhausted by all of this. sometimes i wish i had a second chance and start my life all over again from 2011. this is what my condition is mentally due to health issues. kindly help me find a solution.
