I launched my Beer brand INNGA CRAFT in November 2018.. mortgaged my house to raise capital for the same… got a good team.. we were serving our beers in 25+ bars in M’bai & Pune.. won competitions for best beer… next step was to get a financial partner/investor so we can start our microbreweries/brewpubs on a national level (starting with Pune & later expanding to all metro cities in Ind) Approached KingFisher, impressed them with our plan, they signed a NDA with us to invest money in our brand to start microbreweries all over India & later bottling… they kept us waiting for almost a year & later the deal didn’t go through coz Heniken picked up Mr Mallya’s share….like KF I had investors backing out at the last minute… then came in Covid.. we could not sustain the losses so had to shut down brewing & are not in the business .. I’m still meeting potential investors…very difficult to pay bank loans so plan to sell my house to pay up the bank & be debt free…. My Q is when will I get a financial investor/partner to make INNGA CRAFT #1 brand in India & when will I get steady flow of money in my life

I am not able to make any money since 3 year. Have made new diagnostic center business since last 8 months but its not making any money. i don't know what happen .Earlier i had Information technology business and that is also shut down now .Have taken consultation earlier from lunar astro and have got results .also but now i don't see any source of income . I am working with my dad in fan manufacturing business since 2012. After 2018 the business started declining and since 2022 it’s almost on the verge of closing down. In 2021 I had tried import of minerals business but closed it due to losses. Now I’m clueless about my career and not finding any concrete way. Currently I have an option to go to Africa and start minerals trading business from there. Will going out favour me? Will I be successful? Will my career get stabilised?

I’m torn between staying in my current role, which is stable but affected by the compliance issue, and moving to a new company that offers growth opportunities but comes with the risks of a smaller setup. I’m seeking clarity on which option would be better for my career in the long term.
