small health issues cropping up every now and then, wherein i give a lot of importance to health. also long term diseases such as thyroid and varicose veins have also cropped up after shifting from abroad to India.

Usually find myself in toxic, on and off relationships lacking trust, communication, and emotional security. I see a pattern of choosing emotionally unavailable partners and I want guidance / remedies on breaking these cycles, detaching healthily and fostering a relationship/marriage aligned with my values.
