Doing cloth business which is not running well and have debts of around 1 crore

My concern is I have not been getting due credit for my work especially in the last 4 years wherein I had to deal with many people whom i previously worked with working against me. The career trajectory has been very uneven and unexpected though I must say that it includes both good and bad. Due to the uncertainty, it's very difficult for me to plan things for the long term. Could you please guide me for the long term.
