i have try for mppsc i failed badly and now i dont know what to do in life i started construction material bussiness it also fail now tell me what to do in life

i want to know what i do in my life for money and career and i want to achive more and more

1. No yash/no recognition at workplace, enmity with Boss and colleagues. I'm sidelined despite doing max work to grow the institute nationally and internationally. Disposed ancestral land and re-invested money this new land nearby. But the party wants all money clearance in 4 months but I will receive money from ancestral land sale over span of 10 months.
