Hello, I am a doctor hailing from Chandigarh presently studying to get into post graduation. Would like to know what future holds for me ahead.

I have no direction in life, i completed my mbbs in 2022, didnt know what to do further in life wasted 2 years, finally thought of seriously preparing for post graduation after leaving my job but still results are bad. I have never been bad at studying growing up, to the point it now makes me really sad, i almost cry everyday, i hit myself alot the starting of this year to induce discipline in me but still results were not good, i dont feel like stopping the preparation either , sometimes parents are also not supportive, i feel like im doing everything alone.
