I have lost my job during July 2024 and I am not able to secure another job since then. This impacts my mental health and daily life as I keep questioning my ability & potential. In another word, I am not coping well with this situation, feel very low and depressed. My husband is looking after the household but it is not easy for him to manage everything alone which leaves him frustrated and questioning me about how long I would take more to get next job.
