preparing for job . when will i get my govt. job

My concern is related to my career. Overall I have 18 years of work experience. It is not linear but diverse with career break. I am not a specialist in any particular area. From last twenty months I am working for a product based AI company in Mumbai as a Operation Manager for projects. Though it is an AI company but company haven't able to launch its product to market. Hence I did not get a good and rich work experience working in a AI company. Also I can sense negative vibe from CEO. Not sure if I should look for job opporutunity. If yes then which industry should I target so that I get a good company which wiould add value to my career and have good supporting people. Do I have any chance to get job abroad like Middle east?
