My concerns is the negativity that comes to my head again and again after some time. Also if I can start with any other fm of source of income, what it could be and is it possible. My marriage is also a concern that I want to discuss.

Joint or muscle pain in right side neck, right hand. Not able to lift much weight of any kind. There is Sound while moving any joints. I feel lack of energy all the time to do any work or to perform physical activities. Whatever damage happening to my body from past few months or years is impacting right side of my body. I met with an accident on 7th January 12.00 afternoon at Navale Bridge, Pune. My feet got badly injured & I am still not able to recover from that feet abrasion. It's been 11 months now. Still I can't stand continuously for more than 5-7 minutes but I can walk for 2-3 hours.
