I started preparing for UPSC and State PCS , but I wasn't able to clear a single prelims of these exams despite having a good preparation and getting decent marks in mocks I was not able to perform.I also gave some other exams and failed in those as well. Now I have 2 attempts left with me. I am going to give these attempts this is certain but I don't know if I should continue my preparation without any job.Now health of both my parents are also not good and everything suddenly seems to be worst. My father is a farmer and we have a very little savings with us , my father's elder brother also took everything in his hand after his retirement from job , like money that was coming from our farming he took that making it more difficult for us from last 5-6 years but now health of my parents is not well so it is becoming worst for us.

I'd like to know what is going on and why it's happening to my family and solutions for it. On October 08, 2024, about 4:15 a.m., I lost my mother to cardiac arrest. After a month in November, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I had surgery on November 25, 2024 to remove the damaged testicles. Now I'm on chemotherapy. From the last month, my father has been experiencing terrible right shoulder pain. X-ray and MRI findings are just fine. Even doctors were shocked. From the last year, we have been looking for a marital connection for my elder brother, but it's not working out.
