Hello, I am really concerned about my health as I am feeling tired most of the time. For many years my whole head feel heaviness/somewhat dizziness all the time. I cannot move my head up/down or left/right quickly as I feel sort of dizzy on the top of my head. Also feel weak most of the time, have eyes and body pain. If I lift light heavy items, I get tired and need to rest for some time. I had all the tests including Heart checkup, Brain MRI but doctors are not able to diagnose. Also having stomach issues, Constipation and Gas most of the time. sometimes severe pain in the stomach early morning (with certain food items). I want to have proper diagnosis and treatment of my health as I am suffering from many years. 1. What is the cause of Head Numbness/Heaviness, body and eye pain? 2. Is there any Blood related disease? 3. Any Heart/nerve related disease? 4. Any other health related concern with deep chart analysis and please provide effective Remedies. Regards,
